Explain to my who tyson can and has shut down in the league.

Dalembert is better than Chandler. Dalembert is the reason why Tyson got his contract and I wouldn't hesitate taking Daly over him at all. Daly also has better offense. Something I never thought I'd say after seeing Daly at Seton Hall and tapes of Tyson's high shcool games.

Chandler gets blocks, but Mourning gets much more riding the bench. Chandler led the team in rebounding this year, yeah that's right. That just tells me more about the lack of big men on this team rather than suggesting his play is good. He didn't even average double digit rebounds! Tyson after 5 years doesn't have the body to guard a Marcus Fizer so don't give me that whole playing out of position crap. Most PF's are bigger than him. Unless you think Tyson's a SF, there's no argument for Tyson being handled pretty easily. That tells me he should've been gaining much more weight and turning it to muscle instead of walking around hoping not to get injured during the summer.

What pisses me off the most is that Tyson's 7'1, and when he actually does get an offensive rebound or he's right under the bucket, he'll fumble the ball or he'll take it up weak. When he's guarding someone in that position, he gets dunked on usually(ie, see Michael Ruffin beasting him for a rebound and then giving him a facial in last year's playoffs).

People defending Tyson reminds me of people defending Tillman from the Bears. I find it ridiculous considering how much both get burned. Sure, they'll make a nice play and recovery once in awhile, but overall, they are very overrated in Chicago. Just remember, there's a reason Tyson doesn't start. I'll give you a hint, it's because he sucks unless you count being 2nd in the league in fouls being great.

Pretty much. Trust me. I've seen tapes of Tyson in high school. I loved it when the Bulls got him and was way more excited that we got him than I was for Curry. He has completely digressed. He gets worse each year. He's vastly overpaid(I'd say most overpaid player in the league not counting guys who suffered freak injuries) and he's constantly out of position on defense. This is his 5th year. You read right, ITS HIS 5th FKN YEAR! He's not going to get it. Will he average double digit rebounds in the future? Sure, but he won't be doing much else and definately will never warrant the contract given to him. He's a great guy, he tries and all, but he just doesn't get it. Obviously, some of you guys still don't either. Luke Schenscher has been more effective in the series. Micheal Sweetney has been more effective.

Don't give me any garbage about Chandler will be great. I've waited 5 years. We've gotten more out of every one of our players who've played less years.
