Thats funny. People keep saying all these numbers and we will only be 1, 2, 3, or 9. I have a good feeling about this one. I say we get the #2 and the #1 team picks Durant, and we get Oden. just go to church on monday, all of ya so we could get the #1 or #2 , please do that for the greatest common good |

Part of it depends on who we get in the draft, that could drastically affect playing team for either guy (though MUCH more likely for Tyrus). Right now I'd say Tyrus gets something like 20-25 minutes and averages between 7 and 8 points and 6 rebounds with a bit under 2 blocks. He will likely continue to be a much bigger factor defensively or on the boards unless he makes MASSIVE improvements offensively. The minutes sound a bit low, but I think with increased playing time and responsibility against the other team's first unit fouls will be a concern that will limit him in a few games here and there. Thabo is a lot harder to predict, it depends on who's back in the backcourt and how much he develops. There's a big difference in his playing time and production if he ends up as the primary backup at both guard spots and if he still is stuck behind Duhon in crunch time. I just don't think we can really know what's going to happen at this point with ANY kind of certainty. I am expecting TT to follow Josh Smith career numbers pattern and eventually turned out to be a Shawn Marion type with Shawn Kemp dunking abilities. As far as Thabo, I would like him to become our Bruce Bowen, able to defend the 1,2 and 3. |

you guys do realize if they dont call us at 9,10,11 then we will definitely be getting 1,2,3 right? Greg Oden is ours to keep! I'll send my prayers above, hopefully the gods above are listening to us. I would love either Oden or Durant. C Oden F B Wallace F Deng G Gordon G Kirk or C B Wallace F Durant F Deng G Gordon G Kirk I like either scenario. Please David Stern just make it happen. Alot of teams were in tanking mode and you know it - memphis, boston, atlanta just to mention a few but when you look at a team like NY who fought hard until the last time and never gave up then you need to reward them with the top pick in the 2007 nba draft just like you did in 1985 when there were claims about you rigging it for them to get Patrick Ewing Alright guys just cheer up and hope for the best |
