Good God, so many names being thrown around. It's really driving me insane. I sure hope this comes to a close within the week.

I know what you mean, but I could definitely see the search taking a couple more weeks. Looks like Paxson really wants to explore all his options. And I can't fault him for that. This coaching hire could be very pivotal in Paxson's career as the Bulls GM. As frustrating as it is not having a head coach, I'd rather have Paxson take his time and find the right guy. |

Kurt Rambis looks to be a major front runner now. Paxson was very impressed with his interview. Does anyone know what offense he ran when he was Interim coach in LA?

QUOTE From what I understand, he ran the "Throw Shaq the Ball Down Low" offense.

Well, whatever we do, I'd like to see something done within the next week or two, if for no other reason than it will give the coach a chance to get these players away from Miami and working on his program, if that's what he wants.

Any worry about the fact that Rambis is 50 and has never had a head coaching job? If he did so well as an Interim coach 8 years ago, why hasn't he gotten a job since then? Personally, b/c we have such a young team, I would really ike to see a younger coach get hired. But, in Paxson I trust...
