I've been one of Ben's biggest critics this year, but he's been outstanding the last 3 games since the break. This is the Ben from Detroit. The Ben we all had envisoned when he was signed. If we get this Ben Wallace the rest of the way, it'll mean more and do more for us than any trade we could've possibly made (outside of, like, a KG trade).

The whole season, Ben has seemed to be saving himself for big games. After the way the Pistons blew out the league in the regular season and collapsed against the Heat last year, I can't say I blame him that much. I think Big Ben will scare the bejeezus out of people come playoff time...especially if they come into things underestimating the Bulls.

Well said. I havent been that critical of Wallace this year because I figured he would get it together and so far it seems like he is. After our last two games I think we should know exactly where we stand in the east on Sunday. Weve beaten every contender pretty much this year and a win in Detroit will let us know if the last three games were smoke and mirrors.
What I like about our current streak is that we A. beat a team we were supposed to, and did it handily, B. Went on the road and beat King James, C. Completely outplayed Washington at home and won by 15. I want to see us beat Orlando and Detroit and Ill be confident going into the playoffs. |

i dont know where all of that energy came from, but i hope it lasts the rest of the season and into the playoffs, it makes such a big difference to have him playing like that, the last 3 games hes been doing it, and we havnt just been winning but we have been blowing teams out.

It was awesome being able to watch Ben on TV the other night just completely dominating the boards. It's the Big Ben we all thought we were getting this summer, and makes me extremely excited for the playoffs knowing that he's gonna bring it like that (or close to) every game.
