My list is the following...
Number 1-5 priorities in order meaning number 1 is the one i want the most. 1- Ben Wallace* Great Defender would automatically make us a 50 win team, decreases our points allowed by atleast 7 I would say. 2- Nene* Would be a great backup Center to Ben Wallace or if we dont nab Ben he would start at Center. Gives us size in the frontcourt. Is capable of scoring around 18-20some ppg with his high potential. 3-Muhamed* this is of course if options 1 and 2 fail. He would give us good rebounding with balanced scoring off the bench 4-Bobby Jackson* Great Backup PG that is quick with some good scoring ability. Could be that vet we need to take us over the top because we all know depth wins championships. 5- Chris Wilcox* Nuff said, quality big man |

Wallace would be a huge mistake with this team the way it currently is. Chandler needs to be traded in order to bring in Big Ben. You cant have the both of them on the floor together. It would actually make us worse in the low post than we already are.
Plus, why over pay an aging undersized center who can only play at a high level on the defensive end? |

QUOTE (B-4-Bulls @ Jun 28 2006, 11:44 PM) He could be a major Piece to a Championship I agree, but chandler has to be traded and a legitimate scoring PF needs to come in his place. We cant have a center and PF who cant score. The reason we got bounced in the playoffs and lost games we were winning in the 4th quarter is bc we didnt have any low post scoring. We had to rely on perimeter shooting. Teams could key in on that and shut us down. If we have a low post threat, we can feed the ball to him, get post up buckets, control the clock, shoot more free throws or kick it out to our perimeter players. |

No to Wallace. If Tyson could play like he did in 2005 rather than last year for the rest of his contract, he'll give the Bulls much of what an aging Wallace could. Expecting Tyson to get back to the defensive force he was in 2005 is very realistic. The bulls shouldn't be trading Tyson.
The bulls need some post scoring via free agency [Nene or Gooden] or trade, someone who can avg 10-15 pts a game |

With the way this team is set up, the top priority for the Bulls on the FA market should be Hilario Nene, unless the Bulls find a way to deal Tyson Chandler for a guy like Carlos Boozer, or another decent scoring big man, who has a big contract.
