QUOTE Thomas is the type of player who can be an asset right away in the NBA with his rebounding and shotblocking while the team works with him to sharpen his offensive skills. The rumor is that Chicago has already worked out a trade that will send Thomas to another team. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/writ...ex.html?cnn=yes Very interesting. i wonder who we are looking at and/or talking to??? |

Wow thats very interesting. If thats the case we must be getting back either some legit talent in the deal or obviously a pretty high pick and maybe a vet or a future pick.
Plus if we are getting another pick, it would be a sign Pax doesn't want to move to far down (at least I don't think he would) which could poitn to the team sliding down a few spots to nab Roy. |

Thomas has worked out for the Raptors 3 times according to Draft Express. If they don't take him w/ #1, any number of teams may want him with the #2 pick

The Bulls need to decide between 2 safe picks Aldridge - will be a 15 and 10 guy at the very least Brandon Roy - will be a slighlty less talented version of Dwayne Wade. |

The teams around the bulls can gamble on Thomas as they aren't playoff teams. I don't want the bulls to draft a 6'7", 217 lb Power forward. |

I have a feeling we'll end up with Thomas. In fact, I think there's a 90% chance we take him.
