Bulls win or Raptors lose and the Bulls are in the playoffs. Bulls lose and Raptors win and Raptors are in the playoffs. Pretty much that simple

I'm glad the Bulls decide their own fate, but this kinda sucks. I guess I care more that the Raptors lose because then it doesn't matter what the Bulls do.
