We can keep this just for Bulls tidbits. Meetings, offers, etc.

Apparently the Bulls got in touch with Bosh somehow right after midnight this morning.

Wade was in the United Center this morning meeting with the Bulls. The meeting was apparently a shade under 2 hours long.

Bosh has landed in Chicago and will reportedly meet with them AGAIN.

Lebron will have his meeting with Chicago on Saturday and hopes to make a decision by Monday.

David Lee will be meeting with the Bulls some time before Saturday as well.

This is going to be a long weekend! banghead.gif

Considering that's impossible. Miami doesn't have room for 3 max FA's unless they can trade Beasley which doesn't look possible. I'm done with reports until July 1. Too many conflicting stories to keep track of, it's getting on my nerves.

I'm with you man. The idea of getting or not getting Bosh+Lebron is just driving me crazy! July 1st can not come soon enough.

IMO Rose is just too loved by Bulls fans. If the front office did this, people would be pissed. I'd say the same even if it brought us Lebron. DRose, to me, is the face the Bulls have been looking for since Jordan left.

Seeing how Toronto just payed Turokglu a crap ton of money, I don't see them wanting another huge contract in Deng's for someone who plays the same position.. I have always thought Deng makes perfect sense for someone like Phoenix. They have Grant Hill who's no good anymore and obviously on the downside of his career. Adding Deng gives them another weapon offensively and would improve there overall team defense. Which means I think the Bulls could pull off a sign and trade with Amare, but the Suns may have no interest in entertaining such a deal..

If the Bulls do indeed land Lebron, Bosh is definitely not going to want to go somewhere and play with scrubs again. If Toronto won't accept Deng, they may be forced to walk away with nothing. I can't see Bosh being too nice to the Raptors as they never gave him a very good team.

This is getting more and more to the point that if Lebron ISN'T a Bull next season, I will be disappointed. STOP GETTING MY HOPES UP MEDIA!

There are two reasons I would love for this to happen. Players would probably rather play for Coach Cal than most of the other candidates, and Coach Cal seems to have ties to every person/player there is. But I don't really care if this DOESN'T happen, so it's win-win for me.

Man, idk if this is good or bad news. I guess a lot depends on how the rest of the offseason goes. Hopefully the Bulls will be in a much better place at the beginning of next season.

is this game rigged?

Man, some of those calls were RIDICULOUS! I wish it had gone differently, but the game was well-played regardless. Rose is something else, how could a top FA NOT want to play with him?

We can only hope that the VDN situation will be fixed. I'm happy either way for many reasons. I never expected the Bulls to get anywhere near a championship and they actually won a game. As much as I love watching it, the Bulls aren't in the lottery this year. Most importantly I got to watch my favorite team 5 more times than I had anticipated on.smile.gif Plus all my anticipation of these games has made time pass slowly, so July 1st will come "faster."

This was a really frustrating game. The Bulls were missing left and right, UGH! It would be pretty funny if the Cavs DON'T win the next game. I was also only asking for one game, so I'm satisfied. Bring on free agency!

So you guys like Rose-Kirk-Deng-Bosh/Amare-Noah or Rose-Wade-Deng-Taj-Noah OR (dreaming) Rose-Kirk-Lebron-Taj-Noah more than Rose-JJohnson-Deng-Booz-Noah?

If the Bulls do in fact win this one, this could get very interesting. Do you think the NBA lets the Cavs LOSE in the first round? I don't. Most people think the Cavs are going to come out strong in this one, but I could see them trying too hard and missing easy shots. Hopefully Deng can continue to play well, and Hinrich can make some threes again, the Bulls really need that.

Hinrich was a stud last night which is very much so what the Bulls need to win any games in this series. Now, let's shock the world!

QUOTE
Byron Scott said he would be interested in becoming a candidate to coach the Chicago Bulls.

Vinny Del Negro, who has led the Bulls to playoff appearances in his two seasons in Chicago, has another year left on his contract, but it's widely speculated that Del Negro will be let go as soon as the season is over.

"Chicago is a city I love," Scott said on "The Waddle & Silvy Show" on ESPN 1000. "I spend time in Chicago during the summers, and coaching [the New Jersey Nets] in the Eastern Conference, I've been in Chicago a bunch of times.

"I wouldn't hang the phone up, let's put it that way. And I do think Chicago is going to be one of the better jobs that's available, if it's available."

A similar game plan to the last game could potentially work. I hope Noah has just as much intensity in this game. And I hope that Deng still has some fire in him. Rose needs to shoot better. Hopefully there's no stupid Moon making threes sort of thing tonight.

I'm not confident that the Bulls can even this up, but it IS possible. Shooting better would make a world of difference.

I'm hearing that this allows for the Heat to re-sign Wade AND guarantee that they can sign a max-level free agent, other than that I'm not sure that it will hurt or help them very much.

Unfortunately for us, I don't see any way that NBA officiating allows us to win this series when it comes down to it.

True that, but I'd still love to see the Bulls put some pressure on the Cavs. Rose has been on fire lately and is beginning to control games. With Hinrich actually contributing, that's a pretty awesome back court. Lebron is really the only player on the Cavs that scares me at all. Jamison is somewhat scary, but he can be contained. Other than that, what else do they have? Mo Williams? Old Shaq? I hope that Noah completely wears him down. The Bulls are a much younger team who can definitely provide a challenge to the Cavs. That said I'm not sure how the Bulls can win 4 games against Lebron and Co, but who wouldn't love to see it happen?

I'm glad the Bulls decide their own fate, but this kinda sucks. I guess I care more that the Raptors lose because then it doesn't matter what the Bulls do.

I hope that the Bulls can jut steamroll into the playoffs, make a push. I'd LOVE to see the Bulls knock Lebron out in the first round, how funny would that be?

One hell of a game by the Bulls' back court. 30 and 39..DAMN!

Can you imagine how good the Bulls could be if Rose and co played that well more often?

Hoping to catch the second half of this on TNT...I hope it's a good game. I'll be happy to see the Bulls in the playoffs regardless of what seed they are.
