while i wouldnt mind signing the fiz to a 10-day contract and go from there i dont think he is the answer to our post problems. Maybe if we pulled off a gasol trade, (like deng and brown for pau) there would be a roster spot open for him to grab and provide some frontline depth.

Honestly I wouldn't be opposed to it. Barrett never plays but his contract his guaranteed. Fizer, when healthy, can score. I always knew the guy could do that but defensively he was terrible and after his injury he just didn't seem to be the same player (plus he was just not a good pick for the Bulls at the time).
The guy has loads of low post moves or at least did and he's more talented than a lot of our low post guys we currently have. Hell, I think if he joined the Bulls he'd immediately be our best low post scorer (notice I say scorer, although Sweets could say something about that and either way it is pathetic that either of those guys would be our best low post scorer). |

If he can come in off the bench and score 8-10 points in the paint, I'd be all for it. It's a low risk high reward situation.
I'm probably the only person that actually liked Fizer. |

Fizer the black hole, you pass it to him, he'll never throw it back out.

i'm telling you, if you want a 6' 71/2" pf who wont pass you want sweets, bc he occasionally blocks shots and rebounds........

Just an FYI, Fizer came in my carwash last week.My carwash is by the Burto center and I wash all the Bulls cars ,and I have not seen him in a while. He looks like he slimmed down some, but more cut.
I also saw Marty too and he is feeling much better. |
