Money-wise, I imagine a deal could get done. In reality, I doubt any deal gets done.

Marion will regret leaving Phoenix if it happens. He's tailor-made for that up-tempo attack they run as a PF. On a team that slows things down a bit more he'll be a lot less effective on the offensive end, and if he has to play SF full time it'll hurt his rebounds and reduce the impact of his help defense.
