Somehow, I think today's important for the direction of this team. Either we're looking at a lottery pick or we're going to turn it around, and the 2nd half of the season storyline starts today for us.

Tonight's going to be a pretty big game. Let's start the turnaround now. That mean you Kirk, Ben, Ben, and Tyrus...

I want to see if we run a "Faster pace" style of play like Boylan hinted at last night.

I want to see if we run a "Faster pace" style of play like Boylan hinted at last night. The way our roster looks, we seem like we're primed with guys who could be effective in that kind of game. TT, Noah, Gordon all have the ability to be big time faster pace guys, and Duhon/Hinrich and Deng might not be bad in that either. Wallace and Gray could be the odd men out in that style, but it's certainly fair to say that the half court game we've tried hasn't worked at all this season, so why not try moving it up and down more. |

Personally I would trade Ben Wallace for crap on a stick. Maybe for Stephon Marbury and then buy him out.. Then we can move forward because at this point, he doesn't really do anything that changes the game anymore.

As he goes further in his contract, he gains more value. Why would you deal him at his lowest value? You wait for 1 of 2 things: you use him in a deal as a salary equalizer or you wait until he becomes an expiring contract and then deal him. Dealing him for Marbury helps this team in no way. |

No team is going to piss more than $40 mil down the drain, and both guys have somewhere around that much left on their contract. |

I don't agree with this, but here's one potential way it helps; Ben Wallace would no longer get playing time in front of Tyrus and Noah, which, if Wallace can't find some increased level of effectiveness, would be a benefit right now. |

At this point, it's hard to tell. We don' know what Boylan's rotations are going to be like, but I have a feeling it would be Joe Smith getting more minutes, that is, until they decide to write off the season for good. |

Basically what I'm saying is, I'd rather have Aaron Gray, Tyrus Thomas, and Joakim Noah before I'd put Ben Wallace in the game. He's worthless in every sense of the word. What did he have the other night? Like 4 rebounds in freaking 34 minutes played?

What did he have the other night? Like 4 rebounds in freaking 34 minutes played? How many guys have you seen successfully defend Tim Duncan, arguably the best PF of all-time? It may sound like I'm making excuses for them, but you're cutting these guys short, while praising some unnecessarily. |
