Well, the team that is either the worst in the league (if you go by record) or 2nd worst in the league (if you go by the fact that they recently beat the Heat) comes to town today, and the Bulls head to their house tomorrow. Why make 2 threads for this?
Last year, this team always gave us trouble because they were just so long compared to the guys the Bulls were running out there. Then they removed a lot of the troublesome guys. We'll see what we have left. At least recently, the Bulls have pounded a couple of bad teams, so here's a chance to do that again. Conversely, here's a chance to really improve our draft slotting if we lose 2 to these guys. |

Minnesota is a terrible team, Al Jefferson is their only real starting-caliber player (I suppose some would argue McCants or Smith, I'm not a huge fan of either and their record would seem to mesh with that). However, with Deng and Gordon out the Bulls aren't exactly that great either.
I could see this going either way, another Indiana type win against a bad team or a depleted Bulls team that has no answer for Jefferson also letting guys like Gomes and Telfair do some damage against them. |

And yet, somehow they've won 3 of 4 and also gave the admittedly depleted Celtics a run for their money also, so there is some ball being played by this team lately. |

Yeah, mostly because Jefferson went for 39 and 15 against Phoenix and 40 and 19 against New Jersey (Ryan Gomes somehow got 35 in the other). You also have to factor in that it brought their win total on the year to 8. |

If all Nocioni does is shoot three pointers, why does he constantly start?
And why the fish is Adrian Griffin in for Thabo who just had a great start. F U Jim Boylan! |

I really don't want to know what Griffin had to do to become 1st off the bench. Even with our depleted back court.

God does Nocioni have horrible shot selection. I don't care if he made 3 threes, none of them were good shots, they just happened to go in.. I hate Griffin in the game who isn't even in our present or future plans, why play him? Boylan must be kidding himself if he still thinks he's getting the job after the season is over. Maybe somebody else can explain to me why Mr. Peg leg entered the game so early for Thabo who was having a helluva quarter defensively.
Is this Randy Foye's first game back? |

That could be a possible explanation, if that was acting up |

So, in game 2, at the end of the first quarter, the Bulls are shooting 26.3% from the floor. Nocioni is 0/5, Thabo is 0/2.
This would ordinarily be a big problem. But it turns out, we're winning 14-8. why? Because Minnesota is shooting 14.3% from the floor. 3/21. |
