Heat are now in the race for Boozer, great.

Got a feeling if we don't get him by the end of next week he will be gone.

Eh, the Heat can offer nearly as much tax relief as we could with any deal involving Portland.

The heat seem more focused on Odom than they do Boozer. Not worried too much about them.

Latest:
According to SportsUnplugged via Twitter, Gar Forman is working on a 3 way deal that would bring Boozer to Chicago.

Houston recieves: Tyrus Thomas & K Fesenko.
Chicago recieves: Carlos Boozer
Utah recieves: S Battier, Jerome James & C Laundry

That would be unbelievable.

Can anyone tell us exactly what the details are regarding Jerome James's contract and the luxury tax? I.e. can Utah save some money under the tax level by trading for him and using some sort of insurance to cover the deal? Because that would make a large amount of sense for them as well.

If Utah gets some luxury tax relief out of it, then it's a solid deal for all 3 teams, although I'd imagine Houston would want a draft pick coming back there too.

That deal is too good to be true. I'd be all over that.
