I hope this isn't bad:

Chicago Bulls forward Andres Nocioni left the game with 7 minutes left in the third quarter when he landed awkwardly on his ankle. He remained on the bench for the rest of the game but appeared in considerable pain when he left the court after the final buzzer. Nocioni had five points in 13 minutes.

Argentina coach Sergio Hernandez said Nocioni should be ready to go for the team's next game against Nigeria on Wednesday.

"After the game, he said he'll be fine," Hernandez said. "The doctor looked at him and said he'll be OK after a rest day."

He better be OK. That would suck terribly if we lost him.

Sounds like nothing to worry about if they expect him to play next game. Just hope he doesn't re-injure it, that would really hurt our team.

It couldn't have been too serious because Nocioni scored 23 points on 9-9 shooting today as Argentina destroyed Nigeria 98-64

That would really be a big loss. Too bad you know Noc isnt the kind of guy who is gonna rest in a tourney like this
