So this is a possibility Pax can do during the summer... what do u guys think? with Amare coing back and fnding with the most improved player Boris Diaw... and with a high payroll coming up... the Suns might be shopping Marion during the summer.... Our 2nd and 16th pick for Marion

-Marion will get payed 48.5 mil next 3 years...
-is a veteran that can maybe get us through the first round with his leadership and of course his play
-is 28 years old..

I think the suns would be even more scarier if they drafted a guy like Tyrus, Andrea, or LaMarcus.... with amare coming back.. watch out..

but remember.... Marion is a beast... an all star.. 2 stl 2 blks a game... almost 22 points and 12 rebs... this guy is very consistent.... something the bulls dont really have right now.... why draft inconsistent guys when u can get a guy u know that will produce everynight... the question is.. can he be the same type of player without Nash.. probably not.... nut lets discuss.

I don't think the Suns would trade Marion just for draft picks, however, I do think they would have interest in some picks and a guy like Chandler (who could help them defensively) or even someone like Sweetney (but even then we need to give up more).

I understand how people would go crazy about Marion...but I would have some concerns about getting him for both of our first round picks. Couple reasons:

1. Marion doesn't fill a need for this team. This team needs size right now. We had no inside scoring game, and while Marion would help, he's not the exact key we need. We can fill that need with the draft.

2. Marion is somewhere around a small forward in terms of position, although you can bounce him around. Problem is...we're damn loaded with those guys. Deng, Noc, etc. It'd make it harder to get playing time for all of those guys.

3. You know how teams have to be careful when trading for bats from Colorado in baseball? Right now I think teams should be a little careful trading for guys from Phoenix, just because Steve Nash and D'Antoni have this current habit of taking guys and making them look a LOT better than they really are (think Tim Thomas).

If we could do that deal for someone like Noc instead of losing our top pick, I'd be much happier about it. Just don't get us another small forward without having some ability to find a real center.

Noch is the last player the bulls should ever give up. He is the best player on this team and is 80% of why the bulls made the playoffs and played miami well the 1st 4 games.

Would you trade Nocioni straight up for either Wade or Bosh?

That's just stupid rationale... as if either of them are available.

wade-yes. Bosh-no.

I would trade Deng for either though.

would never happen...maybe bosh, but it would take a lot more than noch.
