It means you're a streaky shooter who turns the ball over a lot and makes tons of bad decisions on the court, but, wehn you're on a streak, you can carry your team. I used to be able to shoot really well when I was in middle school and practiced every day. Now, I can't shoot well at all, but that's really b/c when I stopped playing in high school, I didn't pick up a basketball for like 3 years until I started playing some pickup games this year. It's kinda sad, but I think myself as an 8th grader would probably beat myself now.
