The top lineup from the orlando league was:
F-Morrison F- May C- Barron G-Deiner G/F- Tyrus Thomas Until he either puts on weight or gets his shot/handle better he won't have a regular position. But because of his rebounding and defense he'll see big minutes they say. He finished averaging 16 points, 7 boards, 1 steal, and 1.4 blocks a game playing combos of Shooting Guard, Small Forward, and Power Forward. |

He played like a SG in the 3rd game from what I saw. He may have been the 3 but was standing on the perimeter an awful lot and took a lot of outside shots.

I think it's great to see Tyrus do so well in summer league and be named to the "All-Orlando" team. It can only help his confidence. I know it doesn't mean much in the way of his contribution this year, but it doesn't hurt. I mean, at least he didn't average like 6 pts and 3 reb. and get pounded on defense every night. He more than held his own. So, congrats, T2.

It's a good intro to nba basketball and hopefully he will continue to play well. |

Its a shame Selfosha got that hip flexer injury... the way he was playing he was bound to make the all orlando team... although it might have been at the expense of tyrus.

Thomas played pretty impressively. He shot a bit too much, but he showed some game and he was agressive and I think thats better than him being overly passive.
