why would thomas start over chandler?

No reason. They both suck and have no solid offensive game to speak of.

I honestly don't care which one of them starts. Tyson's a pussy but has that "barking game which supposedly equals emotion now" and Thomas does too. To me, it was a wasted draft by Pax.

I heard Thomas can actually catch a basketball.

either way, watching the 2 of them playing alongside each other is going to be painful.

Wait, TT is a SF. that's good bc we didnt have 2 of them already.

anyone else just see Pax on espn?

They werent sure which one to pick, but since they could get crapfest for trading down...they did.

that is a serious wtf. You traded down, gave up a 2nd round pick for a SF, then you draft a SF...and you already have 2 SF's that are going to compete for playing time...

OMG!!!!

Seriously, is Portland starting their team over completely from this draft?

you know what, I think we can say goodbye to Noch or Deng. There is no reason why Pax would give up a 2nd round pick for some crappy backup forward.

wow, i took a break from talkbulls... but after trading aldridge, i needed to post.

that is the dumbest thing ive ever seen... trading a solid C (which we REALLY need) for an average SF/PF 6'9'' player...

gonna love seeing chandler avg 5 fpg and sweetney rack up 22 exausting mpg...

Lamarcus is just as unexperienced as Tyrus, I dont know if any of you watched him but he was beaten up in college and wasnt very consistent. The right pick would have been roy, but that didnt happen, the more I hear about Tyrus the more Im interested in seeing him play, he has a good attitude.
