For those that are lucky enough to be in Chicago and able to watch the press conferences, here is a thread for you to post some details on the newly acquired Bulls and what was said.
THanks in advance to those that are able to watch this and are willing to share the details. |

Best line:
Reporter: Ben, how would you explain your low free throw percentage? Ben Wallace: [Pauses] I miss more than I make? [Laughs] Scott Skiles: Simple math, right? |

Stephan A. Smith from ESPN was just on Sportscenter and he said the Bulls are now one of the top 3 teams in the East. He even goes so far by saying they are #2 behind Miami. WOW thats a strong statement!
I say were top 4 for sure. #1 Miami Heat (champs) #2 New Jersey #3 Chicago/Cleveland #4 Chicago/Cleveland #5 Detroit #6 Washington #7 Milwaukee #8 Orlando |

Man, Pax indirectly hammered on Tyson there, talking about how he needed a consistent defender and rebounder who doesn't get in foul trouble.

QUOTE (Balta1701-B @ Jul 13 2006, 06:27 PM) Man, Pax indirectly hammered on Tyson there, talking about how he needed a consistent defender and rebounder who doesn't get in foul trouble. It's mostly rep. Big Ben is a finished good, while Tyson is still in the work-in-process stage. On a call that could go either way, Ben would catch a break while Tyson would be heading back to the bench. But's that's how the NBA works. It's all about harnessing aggressiveness and building your rep. In Tyson's case, the latter was much more of an issue. Really, it's the primary reason why most people hate his guts. |
