They did make a trade to get Thabo in the 1st round? jpshakehead.gif rolleyes.gif jpshakehead.gif rolleyes.gif

Do you even know what you're arguing? The Bulls traded 2nd rounder(s) to move up to 13 from the 16th to get Thabo.

Traded 2nd rounders to get Thabo in the 1st round. He wasn't a 2nd round pick to me.

Oh my god.

No one said he was a 2nd round pick. He was not, he was a 1st round pick....

Maybe that was too overwhelming to swallow at one time for DA Bulls 88... lolhitting.gif

Maybe in the 07 draft, those two 2nd round picks with our 1st pick(via NY) can help us get at least a top 3 pick!

banghead.gif I guess you've got a point... I didn't have to be at work 'till 11, so I guess that's why I wasn't in bed, but most people would, especially you guys that are older and have real jobs.

hey c'mon, im only 23! i just started my "real job" a couple months ago. it's quite the adjustment to going to bed between 11-12 instead of 2-4 every night.

Maybe Pax will use these 2nd rounders as throw-in's in another deal for a big man like Gooden. J.R. Smith doesn't seem too popular around the NBA, otherwise his trade value would have been higher.

Yeah, that's what I have been thinking, and exactly the point I made in another thread about the JR trade.

laugh.gif Didn't mean to imply that you're old, but I checked your birthday and figured you would probably have a full-time job, or at least be in grad school/med school.

But, I'm kind of a little sad myself, knowing that in anywhere from 4-8 (depending on if I go to med school) years I'll have to be working full-time for the rest of my life. It's a little disheartening.

not really they just need to improve there game look at gilbert arenas and ben wallace one got drafted and one did not at all but they are both all stars today so it a gamble but some good players can come out of it.

I'm sorry. Gosh, nothing I'm saying here is turning out right, so I'm just gonna stop (except for one last thing). As long as you have time to get on Soxtalk/TalkBulls/TalkBears, what's the problem?
