I had Game 5 tickets vs Miami. Obviously the game is not nesseccary. How does one go about making sure he gets his money back? Do you have to contact ticketmaster or do they automatically issue refunds to all the fans...? Thank you!

I had to do this with MLB playoff tickets 2 years ago. They automatically credited mine. You can go check the site and search for the event you purchased the ticket to. It should by now be listed as canceled. If it is I would go ahead and e-mail them just to make sure of when the refund should happen. They were pretty helpful.
