the league is looking into suspending him, but its not likely, but dwight howard might be suspended for an elbow

Because they'd have to admit they made a mistake with the call. The only reason why he'd be suspended for a flagrant was if it was a really bad flagrant foul, think that those are flagrant-2. A Flagrant 1, which is probably what that should have been, would be 2 shots and the ball, but no suspension or ejection. Basically they'd be ejecting him for game 6 because they didn't give us the ball for game 5, which is just silly. Howard's foul should have been called a flagrant-2 and should have involved a suspension anyway, according to the rule book, which says you can't elbow people above the neck or you get suspended. |

It such bullshit, stern and some other official were all over the media saying exactly why rondo wasn't suspended for hitting miller, if you heard it you know what i'm talking about. rondo dragging kirk into the scorers table certainly meets all of their criteria, not to mention he threw an elbow.
if it had been kirk on rondo, kirk would've been tossed. no doubt about that. |
