We have the option to switch first round picks with them in 2007....it was included in the Curry trade.

How do we not even get one of 30 or 31 from them? How the fish do we give up more than we got. What a fat load of horse spiff.

like I said.

When you trade down, you always give up more for the priveledge of drafting in a lower spot.

why take a player 2nd overall, when you can take the same game 4th and give someone a 2nd round pick?

Hopefully, the Knicks will get the 1st pick and we can select a SF. that's a big need position for us.

If we get the 1 next year we can trade down to 5 and give up our next years 1st round.

Gotta top this year.

Unless pax is gonna trade our stockpile of SFs for LeBron, I'm over this team...

Why would the Celtics want both Telfair and Rondo? They should've drafted Roy and Rondo, which would've been much better, imo.

I am so freaking dissapointed right now.

This is just as bad as the Bears trading down to pick a division 3 safety who was projected in the 3rd round.

Well, the Russian we got from Portland was a 1st rounder 2 years ago, and is said to have plenty of talent. Unfortunately, he'll be 24 this season, so I'm not sure he'll ever really develop that talent.

This from truehoops.com (a Blazers fan)

"Sorry to have accepted the Raef LaFrentz contract. Sorry to have given up Viktor Khyrapa. But all in all, this team is getting better."

http://www.truehoop.com/2006-draft-21205-2...-sefolosha.html

The link is to Sefalosha's profile on truehoop. Interesting read
