Alright, discuss discuss.

Personally, I think the following...

Worst Pick: DeAndre Jordan at #9. This pick cost the Trailblazers their 2nd rounder as well, and he could have possibly been had at 13, and if not, there were many other players who could have helped a team that has no real need for an inside scorer assuming Oden and Aldridge are around.

Best Pick: Donte Green to the Hornets.

I like the Darrell Arthur pick by Philly. He needs to bulk up, but they already have a defensive big man so he doesn't have to be a real banger inside and he brings them another dimension scoring inside and in the mid-range game. Plus they have a strong perimeter attack with guards that can pass so he won't have to create his own shots a whole lot in the post. They could be getting another David West caliber/style big man.

Speights would have been good too, but he ended up with the Suns a pick earlier. I love his size, athleticism, and ability to put the ball in the basket and putting him with a great PG will get him a lot of good looks in the paint much like Calathes did at Florida. He was the only big man threat at Florida though and Stoudemire is clearly the #1 option. Plus a team that doesn't play a whole lot of defense gets another guy who's interest on that side of the ball is inconsistent. Still, you can do worse than a guy with a good chance of being another Drew Gooden, and if he ever toughens up and gets more aggressive with consistent effort you could have a heck of a player.
