I hope this turns out like 2 years ago against the heat, everyone had the heat winning in 5 or 6 and we ended up sweeping them.

"Everybody has their night," Boston center Kendrick Perkins said Sunday. "I know it won't happen again. He'll never have another game like that against us."

If anybody is downtown tonight and wants a good place to meet up and watch the game come to Mickeys on 2450 N. Clark. I run the place and we will be playing it with sound on all the big screens plus I'll be doing some good beer/food specials. The reason I'm posting this here is because after the atmosphere of Game 1 last Saturday (we were at capacity with screaming Bulls fans) I want to keep that going and know that the people in the bar/restaurant are real die-hard fans like the people on this board. Drop the password "TalkBulls" on the door for a free shot to get the night started out right. Go Bulls!!!!

This is a super important game! Boston is going to come out and try to put us away. Hopefuly we can do the opposite and Rose will get some quick easy points and start dominating right from the start. And for the sake of my heart I hope we can win the game by a margin of 8 or more! Something tells me that's not going to happen..
GO BULLS!! |

You won't catch them off guard today. Come ready for a challenge. I think it is pretty easy to say a guy is not going to go for 36 and 11 in consecutive games. As long as Rose gets to the hoop and creates for others or makes his shots we will be fine. Perkins has a lot of nerve making a statement like that. He is just a role player. He should keep his mouth shut. We will be in for another battle tonight. Hopefully Salmons and Gordon can be factors early in the game to help take some pressure off of Rose. |

Getting crushed on the offensive boards right now. The Bulls will make more of a game of it than this start has indicated, but it looks bad right now. Man, how many blocks have resulted in offensive boards and layups? At least 4, sick.
