The Butler selection I understand, he's been great, but why do three Nets deserve to be on this squad?
Mostly upset with Richard Jefferson. Gordon or Deng should have been way above him. |

carmello got snubbed, i dont care if he got in that brawl, yeah it was wrong, but he is the leading scorer in the league he deserved to be an all-star.
Lu and ben deserved to be all-stars too. hopefully tyrus will represent in the dunk contest. |

LOL@Steve Nash, the league's MVP the last two years and favorite to win it again this year, a reserve. They seriously need to stop fan voting. T-mac over Nash at the 1? Pathetic. And 'Melo not being there is a joke. He's the leading scorer and easily a top-10 player in all of basketball.

well, on the bright side this will make it a little easier for Pax to lock Deng and Gordon long term
 So Pax lock them up quick because when he is finals mvp he is going to be asking for a lot more money.

Carmello didnt get snubbed, he missed almost half the games. i dont care how many points he has, he let his team down and on top of it, ran away like a little girl after he threw his punch. Why should he be appointed to represent anyone.

not a big suprise. while i thought that gordon and deng deserved a spot i knew they would not get one. its funny that they dont take into account how good the player's team is. lets see how many years they can hold a bull out of this game.

I realize that Kidd and Carter have had an amazing season but there is no way a spiff team like the Nets deserves to have two all stars. Something should be said about helping a team win and the Bulls have had a couple guys that have done so.
I really think you could make a strong case for Deng or Gordon or really even Hinrich (who sans about a 6 game span is still one of the better PG's in the NBA). But alas, I think next year we'll have a couple guys on the squad.
