We have 16 players currently on the roster...

Malik Allen, F
Martynas Andriuskevicius, C
Andre Barrett, G
P.J. Brown, PF
Luol Deng, SF
Chris Duhon, G
Ben Gordon, G
Adrian Griffin, G-F
Kirk Hinrich, G
Viktor Khryapa, F
Andres Nocioni, F
Luke Schenscher, C
Thabo Sefolosha, G
Michael Sweetney, F
Tyrus Thomas, F
Ben Wallace, C

Only 12 roster spots and the one inactive spot, injury spot or whatever you call it. Who do you think will be the 3 not making the team? Andre Barrett is pretty much gone, and probably both Andriuskevicius and Schenscher are gone as well. But then again, there is the Michael Sweetney thing now. Who knows whats up with him? So, I think the twelve man roster will be...

Malik Allen, F
P.J. Brown, PF
Luol Deng, SF
Chris Duhon, G
Ben Gordon, G
Adrian Griffin, G-F
Kirk Hinrich, G
Andres Nocioni, F
Thabo Sefolosha, G
Tyrus Thomas, F
Ben Wallace, C

It will be down to Sweetney and Khryapa for the final spot, IMO.

im pretty sure khryapa will make it, hes played great and skiles likes him alot, i hope sweeney doesnt make the team, hes a nice guy and all but theres not really a spot for him.
i'd like to see barrett make the team i like him for some reason so the other two i want to be schensher and marty, but it will probly be barrett and schensher that will be cut.

blink.gif I thought it was a 12 man roster with the one inactive spot thingie. They changed it from 3 inactive spots to 1 injury reserve spot, right?

yea it is now a 15 man roster and every game will have three inactive players from each team. I think that the bulls will keep barret i have gone to a couple of games and he has showen he has a little clutch and has good ball handleing skills. Schencher will be gone he has not played near as much and he is no good we have four players that can play the center position.

Added bulk -- he's now 218 pounds -- has helped 6-9 Viktor Khryapa become more versatile, to the point that Bulls coach Scott Skiles said he would not hesitate to play him at power forward.

Well then, it would probably be between Martynas Andriuskevicius and Luke Schenscher for the final inactive spot. I think Marty would beat out Luke.

Okay, here is what I think will be the final roster come season time...

Malik Allen, F
P.J. Brown, PF
Luol Deng, SF
Chris Duhon, G
Ben Gordon, G
Adrian Griffin, G-F
Kirk Hinrich, G
Viktor Khryapa, F
Andres Nocioni, F
Thabo Sefolosha, G
Tyrus Thomas, F
Ben Wallace, C
Martynas Andriuskevicius, C*
Andre Barrett, G*
Michael Sweetney, F*

Hell, might as well come up with what I think the depth chart will look like...

C: Wallace | Brown | Andriuskevicius*
PF: Brown | Allen | Thomas | Khryapa | Sweetney*
SF: Deng | Nocioni | Thomas | Khryapa | Griffin
SG: Gordon | Sefolosha | Duhon | Griffin
PG: Hinrich | Gordon | Duhon | Sefolosha | Barrett*

Luke I am your father! JK.

Anyway, say by to Luke!

I think Barrett makes it as does Marty. I am pretty sure Khryapa will be in the 12 man rotation for most of the year barring any injuries to him. On games when we play Miami you may see Sweetney on the roster over Adrianne Griffin just in case we need the fouls.

Besides that I think the 12th man will be Khryapa and the roster, barring injuries will primarily be as listed below with Khryapa and Thomas seeing most of their minutes at the PF position but still getting some of their minutes at SF.

Viktor Khryapa PF/SF
Malik Allen, PF/C
P.J. Brown, PF/C
Luol Deng, SF
Chris Duhon, PG/SG
Ben Gordon, SG
Adrian Griffin, SG-SF
Kirk Hinrich, PG/SG
Andres Nocioni, SF/PF
Thabo Sefolosha, SG/PG
Tyrus Thomas, PF/SF
Ben Wallace, C

that will not work because you still have 16 players and you can only have 15 with three inactice each game so one of yours has to go.

I'd still prefer Luke over Barrett since I think we already have 3 PG's on the roster (Kirk, Duh and than Sef).
DutheDoduhon21
so when will these cuts be coming? preseason is over.
spiderman
Viktor Khryapa was never in danger of being cut. Both Paxson and Skiles like him a lot.

The little guy, Andre Barrett, made the team over Luke Schenscher....
