Boston lodged a complaint with the NBA in the aftermath of Green's heart condition, and were granted a 2013 second-rounder, sources tell Y!
Oklahoma City will send Boston a 2013 second-round pick that it owns from Charlotte, a source said.

Eh, more like a 8th-10th round pick. There's a decent number of guys from the 2nd round who wind up being contributors every year.
