Thats pretty surprising to me. My dad listens to Mancow every morning.

AGreed. I remember in 93 when he came to Chicago and it was such a better show before getting real popular.
Seems recently he has been "selling out" to some people, saying his outrageous behavior was scripted in an attempt to get into syndication where Stern was before he left for Sirius.
Heven't listened to him since about 99.
Mancow's hiring = the beginning of the fall of Q101 in my eyes.

Oh I am quite sure he meant hiring... Q101 was a great station when it debuted... today, not so much.

word. q101 sucks now. since the altering of 94.7, i find myself struggling to consistently rock out in chicagoland... that is such an untapped market right now.
Mancow is one the sports talk station out here and I hate him. Terrible, imo. Him and Rome = puke in my mind.
