Taken from espns recap of thursdays pepsi league games:

"playing four games in the past four days is starting to take its toll on the players. First-round picks Thabo Sefolosha (Bulls) and Shawne Williams (Pacers) didn't play Thursday because of back and hamstring injuries."

hopefully its just precautionary bs.

Hamstring doesn't bother me, a back injury does however scare me...

In game threads everyone seemed to feel that it was because of Thabo moving up to play with the big team... Do we have a link for this stuff either way?

SEFOLOSHA SORE: Guard Thabo Sefolosha is nursing what Skiles said was a hip-flexor injury that kept the Bulls draftee from participating in the team's final two summer-league games Wednesday and Thursday in Orlando. Sefolosha returned to Chicago to be examined by team doctors. ''It's very minor but we just want to check it before he goes home [to Europe],'' Skiles said.

Hopefully Sefolosha is fine. If not or if the injury comes back during the season at least we have J.R. An injury might be the only way J.R. gets a chance to prove himself.
