Not really, I thought maybe but there isnt enough time on the clock to win this game especially when the Bulls couldnt stop an 80 year old man tonight.

I disagree. a team that out rebounds you and blocks 7 of your shots... is bigger and better... Yeah, I agree. While the Bulls are not as bad as they look tonight, and the Magic are not as good, Orlando began to establish themselves as a very solid team last season, and tonight isn't a big surprise. Dwight Howard is a MONSTER down low... Jameer Nelson is a very good point guard who has yet to touch his ceiling... and they have some nice role players there that will make this team VERY tough to beat on some nights when they are clicking on all cylinders (like tonight). Dwight Howard will be a top-5 player in the NBA within the next few seasons. He really is an outstanding young athlete, and person. The Magic fans should be very excited about him. |

Ok Skiles has given up on this game.. He took ben, ben, and kirk out.
EDIT: Tyrus would have helped alot tonight, He would have rejected HOward right to the ground tonight to stop there momentum. Hell this kid blocked shaq to the ground yesterday and certainly Howard aint as big or as good as Shaq. |

Couldn't disagree more. Yeah, if you take both players at the same age, I'll take Shaq... but that is not the way this works. Ask any Heat fan. Well, any that is being truthful. They would all trade an aging, sometimes ineffective Shaq, for an up and coming DOMINANT F/C like Dwight Howard. |

Who would you rather have down low 3 ft from the basket tonight, Shaq or Howard? I'd take shaq anyday. Yeah Howard is probably a better all around player but I guess what I meant was downlow scoring. Shaq is a 60% shooter EVERYear

Shaq is a 60% shooter EVERYear Hey, I agree that Shaquille O'Neal is one of the very best players to ever play the game. Well, at least one of the most dominant players to ever play. But, check the statistics for each player for this season, at the end of THIS season. Tell me which you would have rather had for this year. Don't compare careers. Just, come May '07, compare regular seasons statistics. I am willing to bet my house that most will take Dwight Howard, as well they should. I am very willing to bet that Mr. Dwight Howard is going to have a monster year statistically. I could easily envision him somehwere around 23 ppg and 12 rpg. |

Boys on Comcast are right. Bulls had a tough task to open up the season(still getting everything together) on the road, against two playoff teams.
Coming out with a split isn't that bad. |

Yep, that is right. Coming out of this 1-1, with two road games complete, and a good lesson for the young players about winning on the road, is not a bad way to start the season. Get a solid win on Friday and all is looking well for the opening week of the season. Of course it would have been nice to win this game. Oh well, no team goes undefeated. Even the best team of all-time lost 10 games. But look at the bright side. We have still outscored our opponents by 27 points this year! |

The Magic were on fire today, they made a lot of well defensed baskets. And we were super sloppy on offense.... I still think we are the better team but oh well. I dont understand why the NBA would set up the schedule to give a team a doubleheader right away while the other team had the night off... and to top it off give the team that was off the home game.

That was an ugly game, but hey the Bulls came out and played sluggish and weren't ready. Hopefully they learn from it and don't let it happen again.
I still expect some growing pains with so many new players playing with each other. At times I expect us to look like world beaters (see Miami game) while at other times we may look like garbage (Magic game). |
