I'm 6'5, 211, and I'm pretty thin. He's 7 inches taller and 12 pounds heavier. Slav...I should have repd you cause I think I could have got your ass drafted by at least the Giants (back in my playing days our entire team was pretty close to a Braves scout who now works with the Giants) and even having not seen you pitch, you probably would projectable enough to get selected (lord knows I had buddies who were horrid that got drafted....they pretty much were as athletic as me and I don't say that as a good thing). You better not be expecting me to pay that any time soon. Nah, your still in school...I wait for people to get rich before I hit em up. |

No, 2005, still not doing a whole lot on the job front though. College right? I must be an idiot cause i didn't realize we were damn near the same age. Well if you find some amazing job, let me know if they have another position and we can just count that as your admin tax. And enjoy any time you have where you aren't working crazy hours cause eventually you'll be doing it till your old and retired (key word being old). |

An interesting draft to say the least. From the sounds of it if they brought in Hawes twice, they really must have wanted to pick him, but something about him turned the Bulls off. I am not a big fan of the Noah pick, unless we swing something for a guy who can give you 15 points out of the post. The second round picks I am really happy with, as it fill a couple of needs and it does it cheaply.

As retarded as Josh McRoberts is, he's going to turn out to be the steal of this draft.

As retarded as Josh McRoberts is, he's going to turn out to be the steal of this draft. I agree. He won't ever be an All-Star, but he'll be a quality big that can pass and shoot pretty well. He'll end up better than a lot of guys taken before him. I don't understand how he lasted until the 2nd round. He should have gone in the mid-20's at least. I was really hoping we'd trade up for him in the 2nd once I noticed he hadn't been drafted yet. As much crap as he gets, it's more b/c of not living up to his high rating coming out of high school than b/c of his actual performance. His 13 pts, 8 rebs, 2.5 blks, and 3.5 assists per game looks pretty good. |

He could turn out to be a similar player as Carlos Boozer. I wouldn't use that one as a comparison, maybe more of a Brad Miller type with better athleticism. Boozer is more of a banger offensively, if McRoberts pans out he's going to make it as more of an inside/outside type guy, the guy that can do SOME damage in the post but really succeeds because he can hit mid-range jumpers and pull big guys away from the basket. |

Something a bit random but the Bulls are introducing their draft picks at 3:00 CT on CSN. Tune in!
